Mit dem Gewinn des German Blues Awards in der Kategorie Band 2022 zählt die Andreas Diehlmann Band definitiv zur Spitze der Deutschen Bluesszene.

Wie eine gut geölte Maschine arbeitet sich die Band durch ihre Eigenkompositionen, die stark im traditionellen Blues verwurzelt sind, aber doch eine ganz eigenständige und moderne Note aufweisen. Jörg Sebald am Bass und Tom Bonn an den Drums bilden das rhythmisch dynamische Fundament des Powertrios um den Ausnahmegitarristen Andreas Diehlmann.
